We need a flat 6×8 ft area near a standard 110V outlet. For some outdoor setups we can bring an extension cord or a generator, so tell us about your venue and we'll confirm what's needed.
Yes. Holy Coffee Cart can operate both indoors and outdoors depending on the venue setup and accessibility.
In most cases, yes. We typically require access to a standard power outlet near the setup area. If your venue has specific limitations, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
There's no minimum headcount. Our minimum booking is $475, and it covers up to 40 guests, so 10 guests or 40, it's the same $475.
We can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger events. Reach out with your event details and we'll recommend the best package for your group size.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak event seasons, as availability can fill up quickly.

You'll enjoy a menu of handcrafted drinks like espresso, cappuccino, lattes, cortados, matcha lattes, and teas, all made with our signature house-made syrups. Premium packages also feature specialty drinks such as RAF Coffee, Bumble Coffee, Homemade Lemonade, and Matcha Tonic, with the option to add custom logo printing on every cup.

Yes. Oat and almond milk are included in the Classic package at no extra charge.
We serve San Diego and the Sacramento area, including La Jolla, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Encinitas, and the greater Southern California region. There's no travel fee for events within an hour's drive. Farther out? Just ask and we'll confirm travel in your quote.
